DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMS AND HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We will be offering custom leashes of any length and color (based on what we can acquire). Custom Orders are non-refundable and prices may vary.  For any orders, please feel free to DM us on Facebook or Instagram, or send us an email at  AttysWorldCreations@Gmail.com and we will do our best to respond within 3-5 business days!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND WHAT FORMS OF SHIPPING WILL YOU USE?

Currently, we accept PayPal Goods and Services as our only form of payment. We will be researching other options as well and will place updates here! As for shipping, we will primarily use USPS, unless it is an international order. Customers are required to pay for shipping, and may request special shipping options. If requesting a specific shipping option, extra charges may be required.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with any item you receive from our shop. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram, or send us an email. Custom Products will be non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Any non-faulty product being returned will be on a case by case basis and the customer will be responsible for covering return shipping. Upon receiving the return, a refund will be issued through PayPal, minus the service fee.

WHAT ARE YOUR RULES FOR PURCHASE?

We will only accept PayPal Goods and Services for the time being. If you have any issues with our gear, we require that you reach out to us and allow us 5 Business days to respond before filing any kind of chargeback. Failure to do so will result in you no longer being allowed to purchase gear from our shop.
